Dev now uses real local sign-in and saved account data. Members can use personal, professional and organization workspaces, publish profiles, manage organization access and follow the three joining paths through trusted no-charge test membership. This joins this week’s expanded sample stories and conversations. Remaining security and review checks are tracked on the linked stories. Existing public pages now read their content from the local backend, including editorial, directories, discovery and catalog information; the original paid Home is preserved. The implemented connected demo is now available in staging using nine fictional accounts; all twelve starting scenarios, refresh and sign-out passed, and private profile saves were checked and restored. A repeatable publishing process now checks one reviewed build and its account/data boundaries through separate environments.

More stories and complete reading paths
The archive now contains 24 fictional works. Twenty new articles complete the Decision Line series and open matching story-kit, place-hub, saved-kit and preparation destinations. No historical publisher archive was imported.

Conversations around the work
29 contextual threads contain 120 fictional comments and replies. Community posts show two previews; eligible sample accounts can sort, like and submit replies locally. New submissions stay author-only awaiting moderation.

A story for every role feature
All 480 role-feature entries now link to supporting stories. The backlog includes focused account, professional, organization and internal operating workflows, with frontend requirements, backend permissions and review checks. Local auth/account implementation is underway; unrelated backend work remains separately scoped.

Connected people and organization pages
Public people and organization discovery remains available in dev. A combined Guide/Creator profile has now published through the local backend with its image and website, and remains public after sign-out and reload. Organization publishing, team and relationship workflows are being connected; full acceptance and stakeholder review remain open.

Real sign-in and saved accounts
Registration, captured email confirmation, password sign-in, profile preferences and the public-story save use the local provider/database. Signup confirmation works in a new tab and returns to the original action. Sensitive-account browser handoff and two provider security limits remain open.

Connected workspaces and organization tools
One account switches between Member, Professional and named organizations. Owners and accepted managers publish basic facts; invitation acceptance, ownership transfer, removed-owner denial and reciprocal affiliation changes were exercised. Claims/staff screens use tested services; their remaining qualified-review checks stay open.

Three joining paths with real account continuity
Brand-new paid signup now retains the exact plan through email confirmation and returns to the original unlocked story. A free account can upgrade with its profile and saves intact. Pending, failure, cancellation and retry use private account-bound attempts; only trusted local test completion grants access. No charge or trial.

Public pages now use shared backend content
The existing Visitor experience now reads stories, public profiles and connections, place/event/community information, plans, products and magazine/contact/newsletter content from the isolated local database. Public and paid bodies remain separate, unavailable data has explicit states, and legacy protected text is excluded from the connected browser files. This uses fictional review data; forms do not send messages or subscribe to a live list.

Named review accounts and clearer starting points
All twelve review scenarios now start in the intended experience: Visitor at the magazine, named Members, Professional workspaces, organization owner/manager and staff Homes. Private profiles use actual account dates and activity, including honest empty states. A Visitor-first joining check retained the chosen plan and original article through account entry and refresh; it stopped before activation. Available in dev.

Story status changes
Delivery, planning and connected local build progress · October16–17
One existing story reached Ready to review, three moved into progress, and one new conversation story is Ready to review. Existing reading, archive and contributor-note stories received additional dev work. Twelve planned workflow stories were added; seven existing membership/backend planning records are now visible in dev. Requirements preparation is not feature completion. Two more Planned records define public organization pages and their HOL-managed publication; public-person and supporting relationship requirements were expanded without changing existing statuses. October17 split five new Planned auth/persistence stories and narrowed D058; Backend confirmed a local identity/save starting slice and UI2 delivered a connected public-profile frontend preview. October17 account/organization decisions add D090–D098 for the first build and D099/D100 as held Commercial Partner follow-up. Existing professional and basic organization-publication requirements were reconciled; this is planning progress, not new feature completion. Final auth audit split password and session flows into D101/D102, narrowed D087 and added D103 scoped staff access. Owner/manager inherited security reviews are explicit. Andy also authorized connecting the normal dev account workflows to the isolated backend and removing mock auth after replacement passes; that implementation is not yet claimed complete. Connected local implementation has now started for the 18 auth, account, workspace and organization stories; these move from Planned to In progress. Early browser evidence confirms real paid-member entry, remembered context and public professional publication. These partial results do not complete every acceptance check. The connected pass also starts D066–D069 to preserve the existing three membership transitions through genuine auth and trusted local test entitlement; this fixes an integration dead end, with no real billing. Final local evidence:253 backend data/access checks,40 frontend regressions and 31 Brief/history checks pass. The positive new paid-signup, free Save-signup, existing-account upgrade, organization transfer and affiliation flows were exercised. Connected UI delivery is available; explicit per-story security/handoff and edge cases keep the scoped stories In progress. October17 public-content conversion:18 existing stories now carry explicit local read/data requirements. Eight prior prototype stories reopened for expanded connected acceptance, including the conversation story added this week. Backend/UI2 implementation is underway; no completed conversion or release is claimed. The public-content read conversion is now available for dev review across the selected routes. UI2 browser checks and protected-client tests pass; Backend reports376 local data/access checks. Exact archive ordering and a fresh mobile pass remain open, and associated writes/full-story completion remain separate. October19: all five dummy-account quality findings are selected for correction in dev. Twelve existing stories now specify coherent named identities, honest activity/history, explicit Visitor-first joining, organization role scenarios and consistent Member language. D001/D002/D009 reopened; no selected landing preference defaults to magazine Visitor Home while preserving a signed-in account. Implementation and acceptance are underway; broader profile pages follow next. October19 scoped dummy-account fixes are delivered in dev: coherent names, Visitor-first entry, truthful private history/activity, explicit organization scenarios and Member wording. Eleven authenticated scenario entries/reloads and the Visitor start pass; the no-preference Professional state remains routing-test coverage rather than a browser claim. Profile-page improvements are next; full-story statuses remain open. October19: shared Profile & settings structure is approved. Seven focused stories add navigation, notification/privacy preferences, payment methods, delivery addresses, Shop purchases and membership billing. UI2/Backend have started navigation and private profile editing; later settings backends remain planned. This is requirements and build-start progress, not completed UI. October19 implementation handoff: shared settings navigation and direct-save profile editing are implemented in dev, with29 frontend checks and402 backend data/access checks passing. Later October19 staging acceptance confirms all twelve scenario starts, refresh and sign-out, plus Casey’s profile save/refresh, exact restoration, Cancel and unsaved-change controls. The approved isolated staging database, nine synthetic accounts and backend content are connected. Resend and individual registration/recovery are deferred; full-story statuses remain In progress.
Records this week’s delivered frontend, connected local implementation and requirements work separately from full story acceptance, publication and stakeholder review. All 109 curated records are visible. The 55-story opening baseline and closed weeks are preserved.
Records frontend follow-up and requirements preparation without inventing another completion transition. Added role/backend acceptance remains incomplete where indicated.
This week starts with 55 demo stories: 20 ready to review, 14 in progress and 21 planned. The open weekly improvements record is included; no new completed work is claimed.

Connected dummy-account review uses isolated fictional data in each approved environment. Individual registration, password recovery and email changes are deferred until Resend setup. Staff shortcuts preview Homes without real operating grants. Membership is a no-charge test, with no live billing. Held feature operations, financial settings and Commercial Partner work retain their separate scopes. Full-story acceptance and stakeholder approval remain separate. Original opening counts and closed weeks are preserved; no weekly rollover occurred. Environment delivery follows the recorded release acceptance; real-user enrollment remains deferred. A full mobile-app pass and exact archive ordering are not claimed.
