User story

As a registered member, I want to find my own Shop orders and their receipts so I can understand what I bought and its current status.

What the app should do

  • Provide Shop purchases and receipts under Payments & purchases with list/detail and honest empty/unavailable states.
  • When real records exist, show stable order reference, purchase date, item/quantity/price/currency snapshot, payment state and separate fulfillment status; label any later synthetic preview clearly.
  • Open only the owner’s authorized receipt and delivery snapshot; no internal staff notes, other customers’ details or organization orders appear through a personal account.
  • Keep membership billing separate. Refund/cancel/return policy and permissions remain to be agreed; read-only history does not grant fulfillment or refund authority. A simulated cart confirmation is not an actual order/receipt.

Begin on this account’s permitted Home. For a local review use Sign in → Try a demo account → Alex Morgan → Free Member Home. Settings belong to this same personal account; keep Professional/organization/staff authority separate.

Navigation from sign-in

  1. 01Open the fictional Registered user account through the connected sign-in service. Seeded Home review opens directly. Real HOL staff access and protected actions require an authenticator check.
  2. 02Begin at this role’s Home, open its account/workspace menu, then Profile & settings when that navigation is delivered. Follow the section named in the checks; stop if a planned destination is unavailable.

Planned follow-up. Requirements are recorded; the dedicated settings page and backend workflow are not implemented. Current navigation/editor work does not implement this outcome.

  1. 03From the role Home open Profile & settings → Payments & purchases → Shop purchases when available; customer purchase history is currently planned.
  2. 04Review truthful empty state, then an approved fictional owned order/receipt when a later connected test dataset exists.
  3. 05Compare payment and fulfillment status independently and verify another account cannot open the order/receipt; do not submit a refund or shipment.

What needs to be supported

  • Future model needs owner orders, immutable line/price/currency/address snapshots, separate payment/fulfillment events and controlled receipt references. Reuse D077 operating records rather than inventing a second order.
  • Authorize owner list/detail/receipt reads on every request; receipt links cannot expose other customers’ private information. Define trusted order creation separately from cart UI.
  • No actual order/payment/fulfillment/receipt service or new order schema is authorized by the navigation/editor slice.

How to verify when implementation is approved

  1. Test ownership, missing/revoked receipt references, ordered history, empty/loading/error and status changes.
  2. Verify duplicate completion cannot fabricate orders and history cannot mutate entitlement or grant operator rights.

Before this can work

  • Use an existing fictional account; keep its current role/entitlement and selected Home. No profile/preference reset is required to review requirements.
  • Dev only. No real card/address/recipient data, provider setup, outbound delivery or publication is part of this review.
