HOL + external operators · Working hypothesis
Organization owner or manager
A registered person representing a brand, retailer, outfitter, guiding/tour company, destination or another organization; they may own a free page, accept manager access or represent a Commercial Partner organization.
Primary goalMaintain an accurate business presence and the right team access; when appropriate, prepare the organization for a separately vetted commercial relationship.

A path through the work.
A proposed sequence from the working persona. Access, approvals, and handoffs still need HOL review.

create or claim an organization

agree person affiliations
prepare Commercial Partner application in a follow-up
What could get in the way.
Clear active organization, owner versus manager controls, recipient-bound invitations, reviewed existing-page claims, mutual affiliations and independent Member/Professional access. A free page is not an endorsement or sponsorship.
Role relationship.
Organization owner or Organization manager per assigned entity, on the person’s existing account. Owner alone controls team/ownership and submits/accepts partner terms; managers self-publish basic facts and may prepare application drafts. Commercial Partner is org status; HOL Commercial manager is separate internal staff.
What this rests on.
Commercial questions in the September 8 transcript, initial direction in the September 15 summary, and Product Strategy. Andy’s October16 public people/organization profile direction; see public profile scope.
Working hypothesis; not a finding from member interviews or an approved production role.
What we need to learn.
Use fictional owner, manager, former representative and unrelated accounts to review entry and access. Commercial Partner packages, evidence standards, pricing and activation remain follow-up.
