User story

As a paid member, I want to find opted-in members and guides on the map so I can discover people connected to a region without exposing precise location.

What the app should do

  • Map or place view shows region-level opted-in people and guide service areas with visible privacy controls.
  • Use the active Paid member role fixture for member-only actions. A free account or a professional identity does not supply paid access. The review identity is a genuine local account; another account’s checkout state stays separate.
  • Keep opted-in member/Guide map presence separate from public organization business location/service area in D083/D015. A company affiliation does not opt a member into public presence or reveal personal exact location.

Begin on the paid Member Home. Use the Paid member demo role or Casey Bennett in Try a demo account, then select Member in the account/workspace menu if necessary. This creates a genuine local session with a seeded no-charge test membership; it does not upgrade a different account.

Navigation from sign-in

  1. 01Open the fictional Paid member account through the connected sign-in service. Seeded Home review opens directly. Real HOL staff access and protected actions require an authenticator check.
  2. 02Select Explore in the main navigation to open the map. Opted-in people discovery is still planned.

Follow current navigation as far as available; remaining navigation and feature checks describe the intended flow once built. Public people and organization pages are available; this operator handoff remains incomplete. Backend implementation is on hold.

What needs to be supported

  • Use independent consent/visibility for member geographic presence and organization business-region associations; do not derive personal coordinates or visibility from affiliation.

How to verify when implementation is approved

  1. Withdraw personal map consent while keeping a public company affiliation; verify no personal location leaks through place, organization or reverse links.
